1973 at the Star. Can't identify. I don't think the car was a regular at Star and it may be an Oswego car. Lee Booze writes in "I believe the #7 is the Dowker Roadster with Johnny Logan at the wheel. 1973 would have been after Nolan Johncock was killed at Sandusky in the Dowker car. Logan drove for Dowker while not at Oswego in other cars #35 I think. I recognize the wing right away..."
