This car is the Jack Ehman Chevy, depending on the year, the first driver to turn the wheel in this car for Jack was Wayne Landon, and later Jack Thomas.

Must be a 1967 picture of the #73 upright super driven by Jack "The Ripper" McCutcheon from Brussels ON. Jack ran the 1967 Classic at Oswego. He always had Woody Woodpecker on the car. Evidently, the 1967 classic was the only one he ever competed in.
